Smiling woman with brown hair and wearing glasses

Rebecca Dallwitz

I am a museum all rounder with 15 years experience in major cultural institutions. I am conservator, curator, and collection manager.

I want to offer businesses such as local councils diverse perspectives that they often don't have access to through their permanent staffing. I would like to create the kind of place I would like to work in Company. I want to make an impact. Life is too short to do work you don't believe in.

I’ve centred my career on sharing the commonalities and differences of various cultures with the communities around me. I have worked as an archaeologist, a conservator and a collections manager and have an affinity for curation and project organisation; including Significance Assessments and Preservation Needs Assessments.

My personal experience of arts and culture through the lens of ADHD and autism allows me to create thoughtful exhibition spaces that are accessible to the neurodivergent community, while also meeting national and international standards.

Chasna Harper

Born in Delhi and raised in Sydney, I have operated as an Independent Contractor, managing museum education and curatorial projects in national and international museums and galleries. Making museums and galleries more accessible by curating with an educational goal in mind is my passion, alongside enhancing equality, diversity and inclusion in university organisations with a focus on policy review and advocacy.

As a proud Bi+ rainbow South Asian mother of three, working full-time, I am especially keen to genuinely celebrate diversity, facilitate learning and empower marginalised communities through exhibitions and the cultural sector more broadly.
